Human Bone Marrow Mononuclear cells (BMMC, BM MNC or BM-MNC), a mixed population of single nucleus cells including monocytes, lymphocytes, and hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells, which have a single round nucleus, are isolated from whole bone marrow aspirate by density gradient. This removes most of the erythrocytes and granulocytes, producing stable quality product. All bone marrow sample is collected in heparin from fully consented IRB approved donors. Donors are tested negative of HIV, HBV and HCV.
