Description
HeLa-CS1-GFP cells were generated from the human cervical cancer cell line HeLa by transduction with replication-defective lentivirus encoding human CS1 and eGFP. Expression of CS1 (Figure 1) and eGFP (Figure 2) were confirmed by flow cytometry.
