Description
CHO-BCMA cells were generated from the chinese hamster ovary cell line CHO by transduction with replication-defective lentivirus encoding human B Cell Maturation Antigen (BCMA). Surface expression of BCMA was confirmed by flow cytometry (Figure 1).
