ROR1 CAR-T cells (ROR1 scFv-TM-CD28-CD3z)

ROR1 (receptor tyrosine kinase-like orphan receptor 1) is a type 1 membrane protein that modulates neurite growth in the central nervous system. ROR1 is expressed in a subset of cancers and may facilitate metastasis.

ProMab's PM-CAR1103 primary human CAR-T cells express an anti-ROR1 CAR containing a humanized ROR1-specific scFv, hinge and transmembrane domains, the CD28 costimulatory domain and the CD3zeta activation domain. The CAR-T cells are generated by transducing activated human T cells with replication-defective lentivirus encoding the CAR. After expansion, the cells are cryopreserved and shipped in vials containing up to 10 million cells. For orders over 10 million cells, please inquire.
