CD4 CAR-T cells (CD4 scFv-FLAG-TM-CD28-CD3z)
CD4 is a type 1 membrane protein expressed by T-helper cells, monocytes, macrophages and dendritic cells. On T cells, CD4 associates with the T cell receptor and binds to MHC class II proteins on antigen-presenting cells, facilitating T-helper cell sampling of extracellular antigens. CD4 activates the Src kinase LCK to trigger multiple signaling pathways concomitant with T cell receptor signaling. On NK cells and myeloid cells, CD4 is involved in cell activation, differentiation and function.
ProMab's PM-CAR1032 primary human CAR-T cells express an anti-CD4 CAR containing a CD4-specific scFv, a TF tag, hinge and transmembrane domains, the CD28 costimulatory domain and the CD3zeta activation domain. The CAR-T cells are generated by transducing activated human T cells with replication-defective lentivirus encoding the CAR. After expansion, the cells are cryopreserved and shipped in vials containing up to 10 million cells. For orders over 10 million cells, please inquire. All ProMab cells are guaranteed to be sterile, pathogen-free and mycoplasma-free.
