CD33 CAR-T cells (CD33 scFv-TF-TM-CD28-CD3z)
CD33, also known as SIGLEC3 (sialic acid binding Ig-like lectin 3), is a type I membrane protein involved in signaling, adhesion and growth of myeloid cells. CD33 is commonly expressed in myeloid leukemias and is used in the diagnosis of acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Interestingly, 10-20% of B or T cell leukemia/lymphomas aberrantly express CD33.
ProMab's PM-CAR1056 primary human CAR-T cells express an anti-CD33 CAR containing a CD33-specific scFv, a TF tag, hinge and transmembrane domains, the CD28 costimulatory domain and the CD3zeta activation domain. The CAR-T cells are generated by transducing activated human T cells with replication-defective lentivirus encoding the CAR. After expansion, the cells are cryopreserved and shipped in vials containing up to 10 million cells. For orders over 10 million cells, please inquire. All ProMab cells are guaranteed to be sterile, pathogen-free and mycoplasma-free.
