Description

CD123, encoded by the IL3RA gene, is a type I membrane protein expressed by hematopoietic stem cells and a subset of leukocytes including monocytes, B cells and basophils. CD123 binds to CD131 to form the receptor for the cytokine interleukin-3. CD123 is expressed in a variety of hematological cancers including acute myeloid leukemia (AML).

ProMab's PM-CAR1105 primary human CAR-T cells express an anti-CD123 CAR containing a CD123-specific scFv, hinge and transmembrane domains, the 4-1BB costimulatory domain and the CD3zeta activation domain. The CAR-T cells are generated by transducing activated human T cells with replication-defective lentivirus encoding the CAR. After expansion, the cells are cryopreserved and shipped in vials containing up to 10 million cells. For orders over 10 million cells, please inquire. All ProMab cells are guaranteed to be sterile, pathogen-free and mycoplasma-free.
