Description
MC38-HER2-LUC cells were generated from the C57BL/6 mouse colon cancer cell line MC38 by transduction with replication-defective lentivirus encoding human HER2 and luciferase. Surface expression of HER2 was confirmed by flow cytometry (Figure 1) and expression of luciferase was confirmed by luminescence after exposure to luciferin (Figure 2).
