VEGFR2 CAR-T cells (VEGFR2 scFv-TM-CD28-CD3z)
VEGFR2 (vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2) is a type I protein encoded by the KDR gene and expressed on endothelial cells. VEGFs and their receptors are important for angiogenesis and are thus an important therapeutic target for highly vascularized tumors.
ProMab's PM-CAR1104 primary human CAR-T cells express an anti-VEGFR2 CAR containing ProMab's VEGFR2-specific scFv, hinge and transmembrane domains, the CD28 costimulatory domain and the CD3zeta activation domain. The CAR-T cells are generated by transducing activated human T cells with replication-defective lentivirus encoding the CAR. After expansion, the cells are cryopreserved and shipped in vials containing up to 10 million cells. For orders over 10 million cells, please inquire. All ProMab cells are guaranteed to be sterile, pathogen-free and mycoplasma-free.
