Mock CAR-T cells (TF-TM-41BB-CD3z)

ProMab’s PM-CAR1086 primary human CAR-T cells express a CAR containing a TF tag, hinge and transmembrane domains, the 4-1BB costimulatory domain and the CD3zeta activation domain. There is no antigen-binding domain, so these cells can be used as a mock control for ProMab’s antigen-specific CAR-T cells.

ProMab CAR-T cells are generated by transducing activated human T cells with replication-defective lentivirus encoding the CAR. The cells are cryopreserved and shipped in vials containing up to 10 million cells. For orders over 10 million cells, please inquire.
