GPC3 CAR-T cells (GPC3 scFv-TM-CD28-CD3z)
GPC3 (glypican-3) is a GPI-linked proteoglycan expressed in hepatocellular carcinoma but not normal liver. GPC3 can also be expressed in other tumors, including melanoma, ovarian clear-cell carcinoma and neuroblastoma.
ProMab's PM-CAR1017 primary human CAR-T cells express an anti-GPC3 CAR containing a GPC3-specific scFv, hinge and transmembrane domains, the CD28 costimulatory domain and the CD3zeta activation domain. The CAR-T cells are generated by transducing activated human T cells with replication-defective lentivirus encoding the CAR. After expansion, the cells are cryopreserved and shipped in vials containing up to 10 million cells. For orders over 10 million cells, please inquire. All ProMab cells are guaranteed to be sterile, pathogen-free and mycoplasma-free.
