EGFR CAR-T cells (EGFR scFv-TM-CD3z-GITR)

EGFR (epidermal growth factor receptor) is a type I membrane receptor kinase expressed in most tissues and many cancers. EGFR binds to EGF family members and activates at least 4 major signaling cascades including RAS-RAF-MEK-ERK, PI3 kinase-AKT, PLC-PKC and STAT pathways. Disruption of EGFR signaling prevents the growth of EGFR-expressing tumors and improves patient outcomes.

ProMab's PM-CAR1025 primary human CAR-T cells express an anti-EGFR CAR containing an EGFR-specific scFv, hinge and transmembrane domains, a CD3zeta activation domain and the GITR costimulatory domain at the C-terminus. The CAR-T cells are generated by transducing activated human T cells with replication-defective lentivirus encoding the CAR. After expansion, the cells are cryopreserved and shipped in vials containing up to 10 million cells. For orders over 10 million cells, please inquire.
