CD38 CAR-T cells (CD38 scFv-TM-41BB-CD3z)
CD38 is a type II membrane protein expressed on a variety of lymphocytes including NK cells, B cells and plasma cells. CD38, a member of the ADP-ribosyl cyclase family of enzymes, has been linked to leukemia, myeloma and some solid cancers.
ProMab's PM-CAR1073 primary human CAR-T cells express an anti-CD38 CAR containing a CD38-specific scFv (clone M/4B1), hinge and transmembrane domains, the 4-1BB costimulatory domain and the CD3zeta activation domain. The CAR-T cells are generated by transducing activated human T cells with replication-defective lentivirus encoding the CAR. After expansion, the cells are cryopreserved and shipped in vials containing up to 10 million cells. For orders over 10 million cells, please inquire. All ProMab cells are guaranteed to be sterile, pathogen-free and mycoplasma-free.
