CD24 CAR-T cells (CD24 scFv-TM-CD28-CD3z)
CD24 is a GPI-linked membrane sialoglycoprotein expressed by a variety of cells including neutrophils, T cells and B cells. Although CD24 primarily functions as an cell adhesion molecule, it has been shown to promote antigen-mediated B cell proliferation and inhibit B cell differentiation into plasma cells. In cancer, CD24 is a cancer stem cell marker for a number of solid cancers, including breast cancer and kidney cancer.
ProMab's PM-CAR1059 primary human CAR-T cells express an anti-CD24 CAR containing a CD24-specific scFv, hinge and transmembrane domains, the CD28 costimulatory domain and the CD3zeta activation domain. The CAR-T cells are generated by transducing activated human T cells with replication-defective lentivirus encoding the CAR. After expansion, the cells are cryopreserved and shipped in vials containing up to 10 million cells. For orders over 10 million cells, please inquire. All ProMab cells are guaranteed to be sterile, pathogen-free and mycoplasma-free.
