CD20 CAR-T cells (CD20 scFv-TM-CD28-CD3z)
CD20 is a protein expressed on the surface of B cells, B cell precursors and B cell cancers. CD20 regulates cellular calcium levels and is an excellent target for B cell leukemia and lymphoma.
ProMab's PM-CAR1062 primary human CAR-T cells express an anti-CD20 CAR containing a CD20-specific scFv, hinge and transmembrane domains, the CD28 costimulatory domain and the CD3zeta activation domain. The CAR-T cells are generated by transducing activated human T cells with replication-defective lentivirus encoding the CAR. After expansion, the cells are cryopreserved and shipped in vials containing up to 10 million cells. Please inquire for orders over 10 million cells. All ProMab cells are guaranteed to be sterile, pathogen-free and mycoplasma-free.
