Sacituzumab is a humanized IgG1-kappa monoclonal antibody specific for human Trop-2. Sacituzumab govitecan, an antibody–drug conjugate containing Sacituzumab linked to a topoisomerase inhibitor, is used for the treatment of metastatic triple-negative breast cancer and metastatic urothelial cancer. This Sacituzumab biosimilar has the same amino acid sequence as Sacituzumab.
