Drozitumab is a human IgG1 monoclonal antibody specific for human TRAIL, a protein that binds to receptors on the surface of many types of malignant cells. Drozitumab was developed for the treatment of cancers but was halted in phase II trials due to a lack of efficacy. This Drozitumab biosimilar has the same amino acid sequence as Drozitumab.
