The ProMab cDNA Cloning Services are focused on proprietary cDNA library screening methodologies and offer a range of guaranteed full-length cDNA isolation options for both novel and known genes. ProMab's  Novel Gene Discovery Service is ideal for isolating full-length clones using partial sequences such as ESTs, differential display products and exon predictions from genomic sequencing, and for cloning homologues of known sequences. With our Known Gene Isolation Service we can isolate, fully sequence-verify and clone the isolated cDNA into any vector of choice.

ProMab has developed in-house technologies that allow us to rapidly isolate even the most challenging full-length clones. Our libraries are constructed using size-selected cDNA to ensure maximum representation of the longest clones. A broad range of human, mouse and rat libraries are available in a format that enables us to rapidly screen multiple tissues for customer targets. For the most challenging targets and those found in only a restricted set of tissues, as well as those with structural difficulties, ProMab can combine PCR cloning with our proprietary Gene Construction Service.

The ProMab cDNA cloning services are available to researchers in any type of research organization. ProMab undertakes all work under the strictest confidentiality and will make no claims to the ownership of Intellectual Property derived from data generated during the project.

A full project outline will be prepared incorporating all your research objectives. We will outline likely costs and time-lines. You will be provided with ongoing project status updates throughout and a comprehensive report including all data and any biological samples that may be useful on completion.
